DIN25201 Finish Dacromet Nord lock Double Fold Self Wedge Lock Washers Made In China.
Nord Lock Washers have a high corrosion resistance and can be reused up to 5 times.
They are available in thread sized from M3 to M42 and diameters from 7mm to 63mm and they meet the DIN25201 standard.
Advantages:
Resist loosening caused by vibration or movement;
Ease of assembly and disassembly;
Locking function is not lost by lubrication;
Positive locking at low and high preload levels;
Same temperature characteristics as standard bolt or nut;
Reusable up to 5 times.

| Applications | These lock washers ensure that bolts and screws subjected to transverse loads,chattering or vibrations do not work loose.A joint is also secure at low levels of tension.If the bolt or nut tends to loosen independently in bolted joints under dynamic stress,the bolt or nut carries its positive locking washer with it,the sloped surfaces of which run directly up against the angled surfaces of the counter washer. In the other words,the more a bolted joint tries to loosen itself,the more securely the wedge action of the washer blocks the attempt. |
